"Landventure Easter Giveaway" Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is Landventure Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: 1037 Budapest, Fanyarka utca 1. B. building, ground floor 7., Hungary, Company ID: Cg. 01-09-382197; Tax number: 29176878-2-41; Email: info@thelandventure.com, hereinafter “Organizer” or “Provider”). The promotion is referred to below as the “Game”.

2. Duration of the Game
The Game runs from 00:01 AM on April 18, 2025, until 11:59 PM on April 21, 2025.

3. Conditions of Participation
To participate, players must complete any Landventure mission (hereinafter: “Mission”) during the Game period.
Teams who start and finish a Mission during this time automatically enter the Game (“Completed Mission”).
The Mission is available outside the giveaway period as well, but the giveaway only applies during the specified dates.
Every 5th team with a Completed Mission wins a coupon code redeemable for a Landventure mission. The prize is awarded per team, not per person—one voucher is awarded to the winning team.
After completing the Mission, an animation immediately appears showing whether the team “won” or “did not win,” meaning the result is revealed instantly.
The order is determined by the time of successful completion.
Participation is voluntary. By taking part, players agree that their team name may be published on the Organizer’s website and social media platforms.
Non-winning teams may receive a discount coupon code (minimum 30% off) after completing the Mission.
Teams who purchased the Mission before the giveaway period but complete it during the giveaway are also eligible. Purchase date is not taken into account.

4. Prize Description and Delivery
The winning team receives a coupon code for one free Landventure mission, valid for one year (standard mode, up to 10 players, without extras).
The coupon code appears digitally on the game interface immediately after completion. It will only be sent via private message upon written request and proof of eligibility.
The code can be redeemed on thelandventure.com during checkout.
No printed version of the coupon will be issued.
The coupon code is valid for a single use only.

5. Discount Coupon Conditions
Teams receiving a discount coupon are entitled to at least 30% off one Landventure mission (standard mode, up to 10 people, including extras), valid for one year from issue.
The code is displayed digitally immediately after Mission completion. It is not sent by private message unless requested in writing and eligibility is verified.
The coupon can be used at checkout on thelandventure.com.
No printed version is provided.
The code is valid for one-time use only.

6. Other Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize described in these rules with another prize of equal or greater value due to unforeseen circumstances. Complaints will not be accepted in such cases.
Teams must include at least one legally competent person.
Participation requires compliance with the published game rules.
By entering the Game, participants automatically accept these rules. It is the player's responsibility to review the rules before participating. If a player disagrees or fails to meet the conditions, they are not eligible to participate, and the Organizer may exclude them.

7. Disqualification of Winners
A winner is not entitled to the prize or discount if:
➔ they do not meet the eligibility criteria;
➔ they state they cannot or will not accept the prize;
➔ they are found to have tried to influence the Game or its outcome;
➔ they violate any provision of these rules.
Employees, subcontractors, and their close relatives (as defined in Civil Code §8.1(1) point 1) are excluded from participation.
Anyone committing fraud in any of the Organizer’s current or future promotions may be permanently excluded.

8. Amendments and Abuse
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game in case of suspected abuse or fraud.
The Organizer accepts no liability for temporary outages due to technical issues during the Game period.

9. Data Protection
By participating, players consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Game, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our full privacy policy is available at: https://www.thelandventure.com/hu/en/data-protection
Participation and data provision are voluntary and informed.
Players agree that the winning team's data may be published on social media. Please consider this when choosing a team name.

10. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring during the Mission.

11. Final Provisions
Hungarian law applies to the giveaway and these rules.
All disputes are resolved by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules.
Guarantees for prizes are provided under Hungarian civil law.
The Game is not affiliated with or sponsored by any social media platform, including Facebook or Instagram.
